It is nice to see that it was included in the summary. I don't think it eludes to polygraph being used as trial evidence. I believe that the inclusion was to provide an overall view of the investigation and any and all evidence, whether admissible or not.On a side note, I question as to where the over 99% deceptive was concluded from.

JBI showed the investigators the "Polyscore" report which also showed DI and the investigators included that in their narrative.(Even though I told them not to!) Ted IP: Logged |

Ah, that would explain it. Are they planning on admitting the polygraph at the trial or has the trial already taken place?
